Vincent Clark, at the age of 33, is on his ninth year working for The Walt Disney Company. Vincent spent his first seven and a half years working for Disney Online. He was originally hired to integrate in Disney’s D-Cards. After several months Vincent showed promise when working with Flash. At the time the concept of a scripting language working in tandom with an animation platform was somewhat novel. When Flash 4 was first released Clark start a project known as D-Card Factory. D-Card Factory was a Flash based e-card that allowed you to customize the scene with a set of animating charactors that could be draged onto the screen.
In 2000 Disney Online began work on a rewrite to their subscribition based site, known then as Club Blast. With the new name of Blast, the site was rebuilt from the ground up. Armed with a blank HTML file and growing knowledge of Flash, Vincent Clark built the first all Flash site for a major entertainment company.
Over the past eight years Vincent has sought to be an expert in web development and fought to make web and Flash developing an engineering disipline.
