the VincentClark reboot
Sunday, December 7, 2008 16:02The revamping of the VincentClark network is long overdue. For those that do not know what has been happening the past year I have been suffering from an intense pain in my left abdomen. Intense pain is an understatement. The best way to describe the pain is by comparing it to a crack tooth where the nerve is exposed and then putting ice on it.
The pain isn’t constant, or at least the ice on the tooth nerve isn’t constant. There are periods of intense pain in which the nerve is somehow being reinjured and then there is the left over pain that the injury caused.
The doctors have been passing me around like a hot potato. I am fortunate to have found a doctor that recognizes the severity of this issue and is doing all he can to resolve it.
I hope to write down and publish my experiences this past year. There are so many ideas in my head that want nothing more to come out. I seriously think that a vast majority of my ideas, fiction and non-fiction are brilliant. They would redefine the entertainment industry. The ideas extend from technial insight into the Internet, a critical look at religion, historical perspective, my own personal story “knowing vince”, and my favorite the universe of “The Numbered Verse.” Though I believe the stories to be brilliant that is because they are from me. The stories and ideas brilliance can be distorted by my own perspective.
The pain that has crippled me this year makes getting the stories out as well as the concept of the VincentClark network and making them into a reality. The pain and the pain medication provides a barrier between the idea and the articulation of the idea.
I have to believe that this pain will end soon. I know there is more that sits behind this issue. Mainly the fact that I have disks in my lower back and next that are pressing on my spinal cord. Thouhg I know that is painful, however, it is nothing like the pain that I feel now. Sometimes I feel that my body is in so much pain it starts to go into shock.
I cannot help but think that since this all started at the first of the year it will all be resolved at the end of the year. It has too. I am not a Programmer Anaylst / software engineer that sits in a cube and works on meaningless projects. I have more to offer this world. I will find a way past the road blocks.
